外汇经理人的盈亏方案
1）利润分获一半，亏损分担四分之一。利润是回报，奖励忍耐和静待；亏损是担当，防止狂热与冒险。
2）外汇经理人只收取表现费，不收管理费与佣金。例：第一年亏损5%，第二年盈利25%，外汇经理人从20%（25%-5%）中收取表现费。
3）外汇经理人交易时，使用最保守回报率的目标，不追求暴利，最终收益要根据当年行情波动情况来定。
